Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at hello@havynco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges
If your product arrived damaged or defective, we’re happy to replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items
Sample kits, limited edition products, and promotional items may be final sale and not eligible for return.

Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
